Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking your appointment.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


Our Commitment to Your Care

We are committed to providing high-quality podiatric care to all our patients. To ensure that we can serve everyone efficiently and minimise disruption to our schedule, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.


Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Minimum Notice: We require a minimum of 4 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of care.
  • How to Cancel/Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our clinic directly by phone at (07) 4529 7430Please do not rely on voicemails or messages left outside of business hours for urgent cancellations.


Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee:

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 4 hours' notice will incur 50% of the consultation fee.
  • Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice (no-show) will also be subject to 50% of the consultation fee.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience an emergency that prevents you from providing the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Payment of Fees

  • Any cancellation or no-show fees incurred must be settled prior to booking any future appointments with our clinic.
  • These fees are not covered by Private Health Insurance, Medicare or DVA. They are the responsibility of the individual patient.
