Carmel Sloane

Carmel's path into podiatry was inspired by her childhood experiences visiting a podiatrist and further shaped by her time working in various nursing homes. This fostered a deep desire within her to help people achieve better foot health. She pursued her academic goals at the University of Newcastle NSW.

Having recently relocated from Newcastle, where she gained valuable experience in private practice, Carmel is now embracing life in Toowoomba and enthusiastically exploring the region. Her colleagues find her an absolute delight to work with, and her patients truly appreciate her kind and caring nature.

With a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve optimal foot health, Carmel's professional interests are broad. She is skilled in managing general skin and nail conditions, as well as the treatment and prevention of ingrown toenails. Furthermore, she is dedicated to providing care for common foot problems and performing nail surgeries to enhance overall foot comfort.

Outside of her professional life, Carmel enjoys the simple pleasures of spending time in the kitchen, where she loves to bake. She also has a passion for the outdoors and can often be found exploring scenic lookouts and enjoying bush walks with her Fiancé.
